Kimberly K. Schulz, MD

Board Certified Dermatologist

Kimberly K. Schulz, MD, graduated with honors from the University of Iowa College of Medicine. She completed residencies at the Mayo Clinic and University of Iowa and is certified by the American Board of Dermatology. She was previously an Assistant Professor in the University of Iowa�s Dermatology Department and for many years was a volunteer faculty member. She practices general and surgical dermatology and has a special interest in cosmetic dermatology and the treatment of varicose and spider veins. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Phlebology, the national organization dedicated to advancing vein care.

Dr. Schulz actively trains her staff and educates patients on the importance of "skin fitness," an important and lifelong commitment. She has made it her mission to help patients in Iowa combat and reverse photo-damage, which causes skin cancer, sun spots, wrinkles and skin laxity.

Her commitment to skin health has helped countless patients realize the importance of wearing sunscreen every day and having routine checks to watch for signs of skin cancer.

She volunteers her time at the Iowa City Free Medical Clinic. She is also a member of the Iowa Dermatologic Society, the Iowa Medical Society and the Dermatology Foundation.

Dr. Schulz is a nationally recognized, expert-level filler and Botox injectable provider and trainer. She was recently designated by Allergan, Inc. and its family of products as a recipient of Platinum Plus Physician Network Status, held by only the top 3% of physician providers in the entire country. Dr. Schulz is an active member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the American Society For Laser Medicine and Surgery.

Cassandra Lanier

PA-C

Sandy Lanier is Infinity Vein Center's Physician Assistant. She holds an M.S. of Science in Physician Assistant Practice, a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the University of Texas at Tyler and an Associate in Arts in Pre-Medicine from the University of Texas. Her specialties include a variety of modalities relating to the care and improvement of vein disease

Bre Lewis

Vascular Sonographer

Bre is a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer within several ultrasound modalities and holds a degree from The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She is dedicated to quality patient care and improving the vascular health of patients who suffer from venous disease.

Emily Long

Emily graduated from Mt. Mercy University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She has worked in healthcare for over ten years and was a Medic in the military for eight years. She is also a staff member at Mercy Hospital, Iowa City and she enjoys promoting Dr. Schulz's mission and educating patients about the benefits of the comprehensive vein treatments available at Infinity Vein Center.
