Closure® post-procedure instructions
The Closure® procedure is performed on an outpatient basis. Following the procedure, a simple bandage is placed over the insertion site, and additional compression (typically with compression stockings) may be provided to aid healing. Dr. Schulz' staff will go over any restrictions with you, such as avoiding standing for an extended period of time or strenuous activities. Most patients are able to resume light, normal activities within a day or so following the procedure.
